How spicy is it? more

We want Chilly to be your go-to toothpaste, not a one time gag gift. So it's spicy but not over-the-top spicy.

Does it taste like ghost pepper? more

No, Chilly has refreshing spearmint and peppermint flavor.

Does it prevent cavities? more

The FDA does not allow any natural toothpaste without fluoride to make claims related to preventing or reducing cavities. That being said, cavities are caused by the bacteria in plaque that eat through your enamel and create a cavity. With regular brushing Chilly works to reduce plaque and effectively maintain oral health.

What does it mean for Chilly to be natural? more

> Ingredients Sourced and Derived from Nature.
>Free of Artificial Flavors, Artificial Preservatives and Artificial Colors
> Not Tested on Animals (Cruelty Free).

When will my tube arrive? more

We will get your order out within 24 hours. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3- 5 business days.

What is your return policy? more

We don’t accept returns, but if for some reason you aren't completely satisfied, please reach out to support@chillymouth.com.

How do subscriptions work? more

You have a few options when it comes to subscriptions. In every case, you'll save money on every tube we ship to you. When subscribing you can change the amount and frequency; 2 tubes every month, 2 tubes every 2 months, 4 tubes every month, 4 tubes every 2 months.

How and when am I charged for subscriptions? more

You're only charged when we ship product to you. So if you are subscribe to a two pack every two months then we will charge you $11.99 everytime we ship the two pack (not monthly).

How do I change or cancel my subscrition? more

Click the little person icon in the top left to log into your account and make changes. If you have any issues we are more than happy to help. Please reach out to support@chillymouth.com.

What if I want to buy a sh*t ton of toothpaste? more

I'm 100% sure we could make something work. Please reach out to support@chillymouth.com and we'll get back to you asap.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? more
